Leone Foundation, Inc. was formed in April 2006. Since inception, our goal has been to provide financial assistance to families that are struggling with major childhood illness. These families have tremendous financial obligations that makes it difficult to afford some of life’s’ necessities. Many of these families have children with Cerebral Palsy, Multiple Sclerosis, or Muscular Dystrophy. The one thing that all of these families have in common is major financial responsibility. Quite often these families must do without every day necessities in order to be able to care for their children.

Please join us in our campaign to help. Donations can be sent to the contact information below. If you would like to donate in "Honor of" or in "Memory of" and would like for us to send a card for the donation, there is a form on the third page that you can mail with your donation. 

On the next page you will find our criteria for families that would like to receive a grant.
