The Leone Foundation, Inc. was formed in April 2006. Since inception, our goal has been to provide financial assistance to families that are struggling with major childhood illness. These families have tremendous financial obligations that make it difficult to afford some of life’s necessities. Many of these families have children with Cerebral Palsy, Multiple Sclerosis, or Muscular Dystrophy. The one thing that all of these families have in common is major financial responsibilities. Quite often these families must do without every day necessities in order to be able to care for their children.
